Ticket refunds in Troms Billett-appHere you will find the current guidelines for ticket refunds Validity, activation and cancellation Tickets purchased using the “Troms Billett” app (single and period tickets) are activated at the time of purchase unless you have specified a later activation time. Tickets cannot be cancelled once they have been activated. Refund of single ticket The tickets is only refundable if you can demonstrate a fault at the telecommunications service provider or in the app that led to you buying several tickets. Contact us Customer service center Refund of period ticket An activated period ticket purchased using the “Troms Billett” app cannot be stopped. Consequently, there are no grounds for a refund. Buying the correct ticket type is your own responsibility. App ID You need to provide your App ID so we can help you. You can find this at the bottom of the “Troms Billett” app under “Settings”.
