Have you purchased the wrong ticket?

In the event of an incorrect purchase on board a means of transport, you must notify the driver or crew within five minutes so they can correct the purchase manually.

If you have accidentally purchased a ticket that you will not use, you can send a claim via our contact form or visit your nearest customer service centre.

Are you moving or for other reasons wish to end your customer relationship?

If you are moving away from Troms county and no longer wish to have travel credit on your travelcard, you may terminate your customer relationship with us. In such cases, you must present your travelcard and the receipt from the last time you topped up your credit. Furthermore, you must show valid ID.

In the event of transfers to bank accounts abroad, a fee of NOK 100 applies to cover the bank charges incurred.

Unused period tickets can also be refunded.

For 90-day tickets, only fully unused 30-day periods will be refunded, and then at 1/3 of the total purchase price per remaining unused 30-day period.

Activated 30-day tickets, or tickets of a shorter duration, will not be refunded unless the point below concerning sick leave applies.

Sick leave?

Period tickets can be refunded if you are on full sick leave for eight days or more. Refunds are calculated from the first day of the sick leave, providing you have not travelled during the relevant sick leave period. My travelcard does not work?

Visit your nearest customer service centre. In the event of a technical error in the travel card, you will receive a new card free of charge. If the card is broken or has other damage caused by incorrect storage/use, we will transfer the data from the old card to a new travelcard. This service will incur a fee of NOK 50.

Visit your nearest customer service centre. Please bring valid ID, the receipt for your last purchase and your travelcard.

What can be refunded

Refunds are calculated from the day we receive the ticket from you. We only refund the tickets you have on the card, not the travelcard itself. The following rules applies:

Single ticket: Activated tickets cannot be refunded.
24-hour ticket: Activated tickets cannot be refunded.
7-day ticket: Activated tickets cannot be refunded.
30-day ticket: Activated tickets cannot be refunded.
90-day ticket: Fully unused 30-day periods will be refunded.

Right to cancel

You have a 14-day cancellation period if you have topped up your travelcard via the online store and have not used the product or credit. The balance will be refunded free of charge to the means of payment you last used. In such cases, the card will be terminated. Furthermore, you must present the receipt and valid ID.
