On boardYou will find practical information here about what applies on board our means of transport. Café Most of our express boats and ferries have either a manned or unmanned café. It’s also possible to buy refreshments on board regional bus 100-130. Food and drinks The consumption of food and alcohol-free drinks you have brought with you is permitted on our buses, boats and ferries. The consumption of food and drinks other passengers may find unpleasant, or that can create a mess on seats and furnishings, is only permitted on means of transport with a café on board. Hot food or drinks can pose a challenge in the event of sudden movements in the traffic, so we kindly ask that you use a lid. Passengers are permitted to bring alcohol-free drinks in bottles with screw tops. Please help us keep our means of transport clean by placing any packaging and waste in the bins provided. Only alcohol purchased on our means of transport may be consumed on board. Perfume Out of consideration for people who suffer from allergies, we kindly ask all passengers on our buses, boats and ferries to refrain from using perfume. Seat guarantee Seat guarantee on express boats It is not possible to reserve a seat on our express boats. Seat guarantee on regional buses If you buy a ticket on a regional bus, you are guaranteed a seat. Seat belts Seat belts are fitted on all our city, district and regional buses. Passengers are encouraged to use these for their own safety. The use of seat belts is compulsory on district and regional buses. Toilet All our regional buses, express boats and ferries have toilets on board. However, city and district buses do not have toilets on board. USB/WI-FI and tablet stands USB outlets are available on most of our buses and express boats. Wi-Fi is available on regional bus routes 100-160.
